Don't you feel that when we forgive somebody who has wronged us, we feel that we are doing
well to that person, but indirectly we are doing ourselves the biggest favor.
We don’t realize that when we are angry with someone, we constantly burn
ourselves with fury. Sometimes, the person with whom we are angry doesn’t even
know with what difficult phase we are going through, but we continue to burn
ourselves with resentment. It is very difficult to control anger as it is a
very powerful emotion but with constant practice and by learning the art of
forgiveness we can easily overcome from the side-effects of anger. I believe that forgiveness is a very important
tool, which can keep us stress free and healthy in the fast running pace of life.
