Today I got the highest rating (Outstanding performance) in the appraisal process which means I will get a maximum salary hike this year. Let’s see what will happen. But yeah I am feeling motivated after reading the feedback of my manager about me. Really his comments have made my day!!!
Again I realized that I always underestimate myself. Need to work on it :-) :-)
